Codes of Conduct
Lancaster Area Recreational Soccer is striving to make soccer fun for the kids and the parents.
We are asking for Parents and Players to agree to our Codes of Conduct in order to play games the LARS league organizes. These should have been distributed to you prior to the first game of the season.

REMINDERS
Silent Saturday and Silent Sunday are days for the coach to evaluate what the team still needs to learn. The coaches don't coach and they don't want the parents coaching either. CHEER CHEER CHEER. There is a reason this is the kids favorite day of the season!
Support the coaches on and off the field regardless of the outcome of the game. They volunteer many hours to your child. Congratulate with the wins, support with the losses. It's about growth and fun.
Refrain from coaching from the sidelines.
Discuss concerns with the coach the following day, not right after the game, and away from players.

Refrain from any comments towards the referee before, during, and after the game. No comments, yelling or gestures that express disagreement with referee decisions. Some referee's have dedicated years to this kids sport and some are new and trying their hardest.
Unacceptable behavior looks bad for your club and your coach and can result in consequences for you, your player or team.
