Attend The Pre-Season Meetings
One representative from each club must attend spring and fall pre-season league meetings and an online meeting at the end of each season. In person meetings are normally the first week of March and the first week of August. See Meeting Information.

Make Payments to LARS League By Deadline
EPYSA, Commissioner, Webmaster, and Scheduler Fees require payment within 7 days of invoicing.

Submit Coach Contacts
Submit coach contact information after you receive the Preliminary Schedules from the Schedulers. The coach contact document is not available to the public. Club reps will be sent info on how to access the document. Please have coaches save the link to the coach list and have available game day if necessary.

Report Game Scores
Both coaches are required to submit game scores within 48 hours of the game. The password to submit will be sent to the reps & presidents and they will forward to the coaches.
