Girls Declarations
REMINDER: If you have a team at an advanced level,
YOU MUST list them as an ELITE team in the notes section.

- Declaration Forms are divided by age divisions. If entering as the U10 Rep, select you are inputting for one age division.
- If you are entering for all ages but only have U10 and U15 STILL SAY YOU ARE INPUTTING FOR ALL DIVISIONS. You will continue through each age division stopping when you have no older age brackets.
- Number of Fields question: It's asked to give the scheduler a field summary for this division. It does not determine how many times you will be asked for field information.
