Outstanding Coach Award

This season we had over 100 nominations for the Outstanding Coach Award! And we read all of your wonderful comments!! LARS is so lucky to have such great coaches volunteering for the kids!

Every season, we narrow it down to about a dozen finalists then finally pick a winner!!! It's never easy!!! And this season was no different! This is a GREAT problem to have!

Please send a congratulations to the Fall 2024 Outstanding Coach Shannon Pfeiffer!!


Shannon's nominations were full of comments relating to her spirit of FUN, so I'll summarize with a bullet list!

  • Enthusiastic, goes above and beyond listening to the kids ideas and keeping moral high
  • Spirit of Encouragement, biggest cheerleader on the field
  • Kids want to go to practice everyday regardless of their day
  • Caring and fun while commanding their attention and respect from all
  • Makes each kid feel special and part of the team
