The Fall 2024 LARS Girls Festival will take place weekend of November 2nd and 3rd.
The festival is being played at two different venues. Games are at Cocalico and Garden Spot. Your venue assignment will be a part of scheduling.
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION IN THE SCHEDULES BELOW OF WHICH VENUE YOU ARE PLAYING AT.

This season is off to a busy start already and it's time to register for the LARS 2024 Fall Girls Festival and we have some tight turnaround dates (noted at the bottom of the email). The tournament will be held on November 2nd and 3rd at Cocalico and Garden Spot locations. As before, each team will only play one of the days at either location.
We are continuing to use TeamSnap Tournaments. To receive the early bird registration discount, the number of teams for your Club must be declared by the Club Reps (using the form link below) AND all the teams MUST be registered in TeamSnap by the Coaches. If all of your teams are NOT registered in TeamSnap by the early bird registration date, you will not qualify for the discount.
Once you have declared the # of teams in your club AND the Coaches have registered teams in TeamSnap, an invoice will be issued to your Club using the Billing Contact info noted.
Step 1: Only ONE representative from each participating club completes the link below. This allows us to see how many teams you're confirming to participate in the tournament. :

Step 2: Once the completed form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your form results.
Step 3: Once all your teams have been entered into TeamSnap by the coaches an invoice will be sent to the billing contact listed in the google document below and the total registration fee should be paid as one lump sum. Updates will be provided to the Club on a weekly basis if all teams that were declared by the Club presidents haven’t been entered into TeamSnap.

Oct 15 - ALL Teams Registered in TeamSnap - Early Registration Savings
Oct 19 - Early Registration - Fees due
Oct 24 - Final Payments due for all teams registered due.
Oct 24 - Schedules will be available (tentatively)
